02The point of attention for holders

EURXT holders are unsecured ordinary creditors of CACEIS BANK: there is no dedicated fiduciary structure, unlike SG-FORGE's EURCV. For a corporate treasury, this structural difference must be part of the counterparty analysis, just like reserve quality.

EURXT illustrates the “French path” for digital commercial bank money: a bearer on-chain euro, regulated by MiCA, issued by a major European custodian. It is part of the wider debate between tokenised deposits and EMT stablecoins.
